On Saturday, September 22, 2007 in Westford, Massachusetts, on the weekend of the 20th Anniversary of Great Grandmaster 'Professor' William K. S. ‘Thunderbolt’ Chow’s passing, the first Kenpo/Kempo Unity Connection Seminar took place.  For the first time ever,  three of the top leaders of  Kenpo/Kempo came together to share their Arts and show by example that Kenpo/Kempo can have Unity.  The three Honored Masters teaching were:

I.   Thomas Barrow Mitose, Soke – Kosho-Ryu Kenpo, 22nd generation Successor
      *Great Grandmaster James Mitose lineage

II.  Master Bill Chun, Jr. – Go Shin Jitsu Kenpo/Chinese Kempo Kai, Successor
      * Great Grandmaster Professor William K.S. ‘Thunderbolt’ Chow &
         Grandmaster William Q.C. Chun, Sr. lineage

III. American Kenpo Ambassador Sensei Edmund K. Parker, Jr. – American Kenpo, Founder’s Son & EPAK Ambassador
       *Senior Grandmaster Edmund K. Parker, Sr. lineage

Nick Cerio's Kenpo's Executive Board was on hand participating and showing it's full support for the three Masters and their example of Unity.  The Executive Board Members present were Clermont Poulin, Craig Seavey, John James, and Maryann Weeden.  Nick Cerio's Kenpo would also like to express is appreciation to Tom Scott, Dennis Coffee, and David Pinney, who did an exceptional job being the Master's Official Guides and Chaperones for the event.
