The Class Schedule for NCK of Omaha is divided up into Children (8-14 years old), Adults (14 years old and over), and Womens (14 years and over).

CHILDREN

Children are a priority at NCK of Omaha. We work hard to make sure that the learning environment is safe and nurturing without the threat and fear of physical harm. Children are brought through the stages of Beginners, Intermediates, & Advanced level at a pace conducive to the individuals learning pace and physical capabilities. We also stress Professor Cerio's five Principles of Conduct in every class and instill in each child a sense of confidence, humility, and respect. No child feels like they need to prove themselves and are more at ease with their newfound skills in defending themselves. Beginners are scheduled according to their individual needs. Please contact Shihan Tom Scott for further information by using our Contact Us page.

ADULTS

Adults include ages 14 years old and up. Thus, the Adult class is structured to address the needs of the growing teenager and also that of grown men and women. The classes focus on developing sound mechanics that will serve the individual needs for self-defense as well as developing self-confidence. The class environemnt, as with all classes at NCK of Omaha, stress safety first in teaching the students the fundamentals of defending themselves.

WOMEN

NCK of Omaha has the unique privilege of offering a Womens Only class. This class is specifically for women and taught by women. The class tailors the cirriculum to the specific needs of women in today's society. The focus is on developing self-confidence and self-defense skills.

MAKE-UP CLASS

These classes are used to allow the student to make-up any missed classes during the week. Please notify your Shihan/Sensei which class you will be attending.
